For pickups at Primary Direct in Winnipeg, please see below:

To have your purchase released, you must bring a printed “Paid in Full” copy to the store. You may also send a copy to serviceprimarydirect@gmail.com.

Please email serviceprimarydirect@gmail.com in advance to request a pickup date. We require the type of vehicle being used and whether you are pulling a trailer so that we can prepare your order at the correct loading doors.

All orders must be picked up by September 24 at close of business.

Pickup days and hours:

  • Sept 12: 10–5

  • Sept 13: 9–3

  • Sept 16, 18, 19: 10–5

  • Sept 17: 12–7

  • Sept 20: 9–3

  • Sept 23, 24: 10–5
